Le Corbier

Situated at an altitude of 1550 metres, Le Corbier is a 100% pedestrian-friendly resort with a wide snow front. With its covered shopping arcade allowing you to walk up and down the resort, Le Corbier offers ski-in/ski-out accommodation and sunny terraces. With a ski area for all levels, the resort has been awarded the Famille Plus label.

Introduction

On the Corbier side, the Sybelles ski area offers 34 runs for all levels from 1500 to 2400m altitude. Beginners' carpet, Viking fun run, toboggan run, wide pistes, freeride zone and snowpark will delight young and old alike. Thanks to the easily accessible snow front at the foot of the residences, there are plenty of après-ski activities and entertainment on offer.

To give you even more memories of your holiday in Les Sybelles, the giant hammock at the foot of the snowpark - Corbier sector, is being equipped this winter with mini hammocks for even more relaxation and great photo/video memories. See you in Corbier for a winter full of excitement!

The La Combe piste. Accessible via the Sybelles® Express and Mont-Corbier chairlifts, this beautiful 1380m-long red run offers a fine descent varying from bumpy areas to slopes of over 30%. It overlooks a number of alpine chalets and offers great views of the ski area and resort. It finishes right in the centre of the resort and can be seen from the snow front from top to bottom.

Coming to Le Corbier

How to get

to Le Corbier

By car:
If you are travelling from Lyon, take the A43 motorway towards Chambéry, then continue to Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. From there, take the D78B departmental road to Le Corbier. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
From Grenoble, take the A41 to Chambéry, then the A43 towards Turin, exit at Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne and follow the D78B to Le Corbier. This journey takes around 1 hour and 50 minutes.

By train:
You can take a train to Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne station, which is the closest to Le Corbier. From there, you can take a taxi or shuttle bus directly to the resort. Shuttles are often timed to coincide with train times to make it easier for skiers to get to and from the resort.
