Saint Jean d'Arves, situated at an altitude of 1550 metres, offers a typical village atmosphere with renovated farmhouses, chalets and residences. As part of the Les Sybelles® ski area, the resort has a snow front equipped for learning to ski, as well as adapted reception facilities. The panoramic views of the Aiguilles d'Arves and the discovery of its heritage and local produce will delight your eyes and taste buds.

On the Saint Jean d'Arves side, the Sybelles® ski area starts at the hamlet of La Chal and offers 34 runs for all levels and the Vikings fun zone served by 22 lifts. The snow front has a beginners' area and a toboggan run.

Head to Saint Jean d'Arves - Le Corbier for magical adventures with Sybille and Bérold, 2 emblematic characters from the free interactive game of the same name, Sybelles Explor Games. Take up the challenges, collect the quests, hurtle down the woops and sharp bends of the track and have fun at the end with a souvenir photo.

The 2.2km Lait piste, which starts from the Charvin Express chairlift, is wide and easy and descends to the La Chal snow front. The gentle route winds past alpine chalets and offers a balcony view of the village.

If you are traveling by car, take the A43 motorway to Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, then follow the D926 towards the Arvan Valley. The roads are well-maintained, but it is advisable to equip your vehicle with snow tires or chains in winter.

For those preferring to travel by train, the nearest station is Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. It is served by TGV and regional trains from major cities such as Paris, Lyon, or Grenoble.
